Because when you move your body, your mind starts shifting too. 

You walk outside, headphones on, with me connected live, but you’re totally free to move, breathe,

and talk about what’s uncomfortable or emotional without feeling stared at or trapped.

Online Walking Therapy is a unique, movement-based approach that helps you think clearer, feel

deeper, and speak more freely all while walking in your own environment.

If you need something different, something real and refreshing - it’s therapy, but not as you know it. 

Your Booking Steps

  • Step 1: Fill In a Quick Booking Form

    Answer a few questions via a short questionnaire to understand what brings you here and make sure we tailor your session to what you need.

  • Step 2: Pick a time that suits you

    Use my booking calendar to reserve your session instantly. Choose a time when you can walk in peace, a park, a street, even your own backyard.

    Sessions are 50 minutes, held online (audio or video optional).

  • Step 3: Confirm your session with payment

    Once your time is booked, proceed to the payment link. Sessions are confirmed only once payment is processed.


    Price: € 120,-
    Session length: 50 minutes
    Connection: Audio (camera optional), via Zoom, WhatsApp or similar according to the preference.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Sessions are paid in advance to confirm your booking.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your session.
    You may transfer your payment to a new date if rescheduling is requested in time.

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable, as that time has been reserved especially for you.
