Let’s not even call it therapy. Think of it as a soothing, healing walk with your trusted confidant. You walk outside, headphones on, with me connected live, but you’re totally free to move, breathe, and talk about what’s uncomfortable or emotional without feeling stared at or trapped.

Online Walking Therapy is a unique, movement-based approach that helps you think clearer, feel deeper, and speak more freely all while walking in your own environment.

If you need something different, something real and refreshing - it’s therapy, but not as you know it. 

How It Works

  • Find your place to walk (outdoors or indoors)

  • Plug in your headphones (audio, camera optional)

  • Make sure you have 50 minutes just for yourself

  • Walk and talk with me freely, without pressure

  • Yes, it works even on a lunch break or between meetings

I offer a limited number of in person walking sessions in Prague. These are currently available for returning clients or after an initial online session.
